Enduring Spirit

24" x 40" made out of 12 original cyanotypes to form a grid from my Artist in Residence at Westtown School 2024-25. Each piece is created using specimens from Westtown's campus Arboretum.

These pieces will ship after the show comes down at the end of May. Pick up is available from my studio or shipped flat. 

About the work:
Looking Up

For most of my art career I have spent hours looking down at the ground or looking out onto landscapes around me. My artistic practice has been about seeing the smallest details among the everydayness of our lives - of trying to highlight parts of nature that have the ability to change what we see and how we think. Whether through the lens of my camera or by using natural specimens to recreate my vision, I am routinely trying to discover and rediscover the intricate wonders of nature. Recommended framing - float mount and mat - cut the mat slightly larger so that you can see the deckled edges of the paper - framing available to local customers upon request
