Two 4" x 6" original cyanotypes (professionally framed to 17" x 15") of ferns from my time at Winterthur as Artist in Residence Summer 2024 - each specimen in this collection was hand-selected from the exquisite Winterthur Garden collection

This project was a delight-filled collaboration with Winterthur staff photographer, Natale Caccamo. The full project of each pairing is housed in the limited edition hand-bound book entitled In Conversation.

In Conversation
an invitation to look closer. 
And then closer still.
To wander through the otherwise unremarkable details that speak to one another, dance together, and ask questions of one another.
Aren’t we all in conversation all of the time? 
With ourselves? With each other? With the natural world?
I’ve found the conversation with nature to be the kindest and most meaningful of them all.
